His extensive experience spans strategic planning, product marketing, and commercialization of minimally invasive treatments. Notably, Rick previously served as a healthcare manager at Pfizer, where he played a key role in bringing the first neurointerventional company to market and developing pioneering technologies.

Fujiwara Nako is an experienced leader with a strong track record of driving operational excellence. She previously served as President of Operations at Scientia Vascular and has extensive experience in engineering and operations, including at Precision Vascular, a startup later acquired by Boston Scientific. At Precision Vascular, she played a key role in the company's transformation from R&D to commercialization, ultimately becoming Director of Engineering and Operations. She also served as Executive Vice President of Operations at Wing Enterprises (Little Giant Ladder Systems), responsible for executing initiatives across multiple areas, including supply chain, manufacturing, continuous improvement, logistics, quality assurance, warehousing, and customer service.

She initially founded Hebe One and built its operations and quality systems from the ground up. Her outstanding performance led to her promotion to Chairman, where she continues to drive innovation and operational excellence. Fujiwara Nako holds a bachelor's degree from Columbia University in New York. Her dedication to continuous improvement and passion for innovation make her a valuable asset to the company's senior leadership team.

Stacey Lippert, Chief Administrative Officer

Stacey Lippert is a talented professional with extensive experience in marketing communications and human resources. She began her career in the Bay Area, working in marketing communications for various companies. Stacy then went on to manage her own marketing communications writing and editing firm for several years, honing her skills in effective communication and management. In 2014, Stacy shifted her focus to Scientia Vascular, overseeing the crucial areas of benefits, human resources, insurance, and legal resources and services. As Chief Administrative Officer, she has played a key role in fostering a caring environment where employees feel valued and motivated to do their best work. Her efforts continue to contribute to the company's success, ensuring a satisfied and motivated team of professionals and laying a solid foundation for the company.
